Read and understood your concerns regarding very low hanging testicles. These are normal in the morning and over the time start hanging down.
You are absolutely right in observing that the moment you are exposed to hot and humid temperatures/atmosphere, the natural response of the dartos muscle in the skin of the
scrotum is to relax to dissipate more heat out of the scrotal contents so that the temperature of the core of the testes is maintained less than 2 degree Celsius that the core temperature of the body.
Hence there is no pathological problem.
This is just a body's normal natural response which has exaggerated.
Hence the management is as follows:
Avoid exposure to the hot and humid temperature.
Scrotal support all the time.
Bath and shower in the
cold water or sitz bath in cold water to maintain the contracted state of the scrotum
There is no role of any surgery other than reduction of the scrotal skin but that will be hazardous in future hence not advised.,
