Suggest Treatment For Abnormal Vaginal Bleeding After Menopause

I am 49. My periods stopped for 8 months. Then I was flooding. GP said it was the menaupause. I was given tablets that reduced the bleeding greatly. I was also given the contreseptive injection Depro. I am still bleeding every day although it's very little. My GP said to give it a little longer before referal.
I have tried everything from taking iron and vitamins to changing my diet I just wondered if anyone else has had this problem, and has it been resolved?
