Suggest Treatment For Abscess In Arm Pit

I have had a reocurring abscess or cyst, not sure which, in my armpit for a couple of months now. I have taken antibiotics for it more than once. It will get small and become painless only to come back overnight twice the size and quite sore. Today, it started seeping pus. It has turned brownish in color, and had some relief, but it still very sore. What should I do now?
