Psychiatrist 's  Response

Hello and welcome to Healthcare Magic. Thanks for your query.

I understand that you are concerned about your brother's recent problems. From the brief description of his symptoms, it appears that he could be suffering from a psychiatric illness, possibly a psychotic disorder.

He would require a proper psychiatric evaluation, including a detailed psychological assessment in order to find out the exact cause of his problems. There are effective treatment strategies in the form of medication and psychological therapy which can help with such problems. So, I would advise you to take him to a psychiatrist as early as possible.
Wish you all the best.

Regards,
