Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My legs and arms are achy and feel very heavy. I did do some yard work today, but it doesn t feel like muscle pain I usually get from lifting, raking, etc. This happens off and on and is not consistent just with yard work; what else could it be? I do have history of Factor V Leiden and MTHFR, but I don t see anything related to what I am feeling.
Hello, I have studied your case and I think you may be having cervical and lumbar spondylitis with pain due to nerve compression. I would suggest you to get cervical spine and lumbar spine x ray to see if there is decrease in disc space. Also see if there is change in the spine curvature, if yes than you need to follow these advises. 1.Tablet Pregabalin M one daily. 2.Intermittent cervical traction exercises. 3.Soft cervical collar. 4. Neck muscle strengthening exercises. I hope these steps will help you.Let me know if there is any other followup questions. Thanks
