Suggest Treatment For Acid Reflux, Dizziness And Tingling Sensation In Arm

I have acid reflux disease and tonight I been very light headed loss of balance weak body tingling left arm pain I haven t eaten in two days and I finally threwup it was very dark liquid brown burns and I took a omeprozole 20m and tums it seems to get worse

Hi Dear!!Thanks for your query to HCM.
Read your query and understood your health concern.I feel concerned about your health issues.
Based on the facts of your query, You seem to suffer from-
GERD with Anorexia and Severe nausea.
Treat-
Bland liquid diet x 3-5 days
Plenty of fluids- to recoup fluid loss from lack of intake for 2-3 days time.
Find out cause of GERD with Stool -Ova /Cyst testing. and treat it with
Tab Metronidazole x 10 day course with Tab Ciplox- 500 mg 2 times a day
Tab Veloz with D-to control acidity and acute nausea. x 2 times a day x 10-14 days .
Avoid chillies for 2-6 weeks.
Start Yogurt in mild form -after 1 week for 3-6 weeks time.
Enzar Tab - a digestant x 2 times initially till digestion improves in 5-7 days time.
check with ECG to rule out Angina related issues and treat it with Physician.
