Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... Hello, I am 42 yrs old female and i am suffering from acidity and gas problems for a very long time. About 2 1/2 weeks back i had very slight red colour blood in my stool which was very hard. i had to force it and even use my finger to remove the stool. but the blood stopped within 5 mins after i applied coconut oil. for the last 3 to 4 days i feel like going to pass stools very very often, no pains as such but a slight pressure on my lower back. and also having very high acidity . what could my problem be? please help.
-Use Simethicone treatment. -Avoid chewing gum. -Limit your intake of carbonated drinks. -Avoid foods that cause gas, such vegetables in the cabbage family, dried beans, and lentils. -Eat slowly and avoid drinking through a straw. -Use lactose-free dairy products (if you are lactose intolerant).
