Suggest Treatment For Acidity And Skin Itching

i have a trouble of acidity since 2 months..I am undergoing ayurvedic treatment since about 15 days,but i havent seen any sign of cure or improvement in my health..My complete body is itching and i have irritation over my skin all the time..Doctor has suggested me to wait for 2 months..Please any instant medicine or atleast a medicine which may give me a temporary relief meanwhile the treatment is going on..I am not able to have proper sleep.Please help.
