Suggest Treatment For Acidity,headache And Constipation

i am 47 yrs female with seropositive rheumatoid arthritis,unspecified,low disease activity taking medicines for same under supervision of a rheumatologist. Now with hyperlipidaemia triglycerides and abnormal liver function with ALT/SGPT 68,AST/SGOT 45.I have acidity and headache often,mostly constipated what treatment to take which specialist to contact

* Primary relief with- discuss with your doctor regarding the pain medicines prescribed as rheumatoid therapy which can precipitate acidity and constipation in a majority of the cases:

- dietary care to avoid all spices, gastric irritants as aerated drinks
- high fibre diet
- bulk-forming laxative
- lifestyle modifications with a regular walk, exercises
- control of blood sugar, body weight, cholesterol
- avoid smoking if consuming.
