Hi, I have an acne on my face and taken treatment from various skin spec butthere is no relief also i had accutreat 20mg for last 2yrs due to this my skin is very thin and notbear the harmful rays of the sun. M also using sungrace sunscreen. currently m ussing clindamycin phosphateand nicotinamide gel in morng. Can u suggest better cream for fading the scars

In your kind of cases I suggest my patients to take a proper consultation from a proper dermatologist. I prescribe my patients a combination of glycolic acid cream along with tretinoin based cream to be applied at night time in a very thin layer. The sunscreen can be continued but rather use a gel based sunscreen to avoid sun damage. All the best.
