Suggest Treatment For Acne On The Face
Well a few years ago, i woke up to my dog trying to literally dig a hole in my face and since then i have pretty horrible acne all in that general area, i have tried everything and nothing seems to work, my question is... could it be a yeast infection from my dogs paws?

According to your complaints it seems to be acne.
I don't think it's a yeast infection.
Use a salicylic acid facewash twice daily and apply benzoyl peroxide 2.5 percent gel on the affected areas twice daily.
