Understanding your concern. As per you query you are having acne on forehead which is getting filled with pus and increasing in size, it seems to be due to cystic acne as it is due to clogging of ducts of sebaceous glands and accumulation of bacteria, debris and sebum in that. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to wash you face 2-3 times a day with mild soap and warm water to prevent the accumulation of oil ,dust and bacteria on your face. Apply vitamin E oil at night. If acne still persists consult dermatologist for proper examination. Doctor may prescribe ointments containing benzyol peroxide, azelaic acid or retinoids. Sometimes doctor may also prescribe antibiotics. Apply kojic acid cream on face. Avoid greasy creams ,use water based products. Don't pick or touch acne.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
