I get heat balls and pimples mostly as i am more exposed to dust, sun and sweats.I used to wash my face often intimes of sweat.What can be done to prevent acene or heat balls before they are formed.Even after they formed what measures has to be taken..

As per your query you have acne or heat balls on face which occurs whens skin pores becomes clogged and clogged pores of sebaceous gland filled with sebum ,dead skin and bacteria get infected. I would suggest you to exfoliate your face once a week and apply aloe vera gel. Drink 8-9 glasses of water daily and add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet. Avoid taking oily, fried and greasy food substances. Oral retinoids are one of the most effective anti acne medicines. You should apply azelaic acid containing cream twice a day. If condition doesn't start getting better in a month then consult dermatologist Doctor may prescribe antibiotics course as you are not getting benefited with laser therapy. Cover skin with cloth when exposure to sun.
