Suggest Treatment For Acne Problem

Hello Doc,I have acne problem, basically mine is a dry skin, right now i am using acne moist cream, adaferin gel for acne control and kojivit for the dark spots. I use clean and clear face wash and vivel active fair cream but stil now and then i get pimples. please do suggest me fairness day cream, face wash and medication for the pimple reduction Regards

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query acne problem and dry skin which occurs when sebum get accumulated along with dead skin and bacteria in clogged pore of sebaceous gland. It occurs because of impaired immunity of body. Need not to worry. You should start with Accutane as it contains isoretinoin and is used to treat severe acne. Exfoliate your skin once a week to remove the dead skin from your face. Drink plenty of water. Apply mashed potatoes on skin. Take diet rich in fruits , green leafy vegetables and salad.Apply betnovate on acne twice a day for 2-3 days. If condition doesn't start getting better in a week then consult dermatologist for proper examination and treatment. Doctor may prescribe oral antibiotic course clindamycin. You should go for chemical peeling and laser therapy.
