Suggest Treatment For Acne Scars On My Face And Thigh Marks

Hello, I m 24 years female and would be getting married in 2 months. I had sever allergy more than a year ago just around both my thighs region, I still haven t figured out the cause but my doctor at the time prescribed me isotretinoin which helped my acne to come down. But there left a very ugly marks all around both my thighs (I m attaching pictures for you to review) Also, there are many acne marks on my face too, around my cheeks and painless bumps on my nose that makes it seem so rough and patchy.(pictures attached) Kindly recommend me any medicine or treatment for these, urgently since I m so short on time and due to covid can t visit a dermatologist. Would be really grateful. Thanks.
