Suggest Treatment For Acne Vulgaris
I have acne vulgaries. I met a skin specialist, she suggested some oinments and medicines to take. My acne reduced but it has started reappearing. I m using deriva cms gel..but it didn t seem to work. Please suggest some medicines or ointments. Also, I have red spots and it doesnt seem to go away even after applying aziderm cream. Please help

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of acne vulgaris and that are reoccurring. Need not to worry about that. I would suggest you to take multivitamins to booster your immunity. Exfoliate your face once a week and apply aloe vera gel. Avoid excessive oily and fried food. You should apply azelaic acid containing cream twice a day. Oral retinoids are one of the most effective antiacne medicines which are recommended in case of severe or acne unresponsive to other medicines. If condition doesn't start getting better in a month then consult dermatologist again. Doctor may prescribe antibiotics course as per your condition.
