Hello I wanted to ask a skin doctor about my skin condition, due to acne its has open pore on my cheek.... Acne has gone I use oil free facewash... But am very worried of my face condition...am 24 year old but I look much older...I don t even use make up

Acne can lead to open pores and can be medically managed by application of Tretinoin based creams or Adapelene creams etc. Best managed by minor cosmetic procedures like Microdermabrasion, Microneedling or Laser Resurfacing.
