One side of my face breaks out with small bumbs.....why is this? What can I do to get it cleared? I have went to dermatologist and they have giving me Retina, aczone, and some pills spironolactone. I have been taken them for about 3 weeks and not seeing any big results. Skin continues to break out. The Retina was irritating my skin so i am going to start using it every other day.
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have face breaks out with small bumps, well there can be many reasons for bumps on face like hives, acne, allergic aczema , hormonal changes and due to over sun exposure . In your case it seems to me that you are getting bumps on your face on one side could be due to hormonal changes and stress. I would suggest you to apply cold compresses to your face to reduce inflammation and itching , take anti histamine like benadryl and stop using any cosmetic product your are currently using. Take diet rich in vitamin E. Drink plenty of water. If condition doesn't get better with time then consult dermatologist for proper examination.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
