I am 23 year old female from India. I have acute acne over my face from past 4 years. I took an year long medical treatment for it 3 years back. Though acne was gone after treatment but it again showed up one and a half year back. I have oily T zone. Acne has some yellow - white thing in it. they are huge. my skin has also gone dull n full of scars. Kindly help. I feel really depressed.
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have acute acne on face since 4 years which is because infection of sebaceous gland under the hair follicle , when sebum get accumulated in clogged duct of sebaceous gland along with dead skin and bacteria they produce acne. I would suggest you to :-
-Wash you face 2-3 times a day with mild soap and warm water to prevent the accumulation of oil ,dust and bacteria on your face.
If acne still persists consult dermatologist for proper examination .Doctor may prescribe clindamycin , ointments containing benzyol peroxide,azelaic acid or retinoids. You can go for laser therapy as well.

Suggest Treatment For Acute Acne

I would suggest you to :- -Drink plenty of water. -Apply apple cider vinegar. -Apply vitamin E oil at night. -Avoid greasy creams ,use water based products. -Don t pick or touch acne. -Wash you face 2-3 times a day with mild soap and warm water to prevent the accumulation of oil ,dust and bacteria on your face.
