Suggest Treatment For Acute Constipation

Dear Dr.,
I have problem of acute constipation. I have problem of having urine in drops after or when bowl. Even while walking when i see other sex,for which I feel very bad and started thinking. then wash my hands tomuch, and get disturbed.
What should I do for this?

Hello,

Are you male or female? Since when are you suffering from above problem?

For constipation, eat high fiber diet and do regular exercise. Drink plenty of water. Use syrup lactulose thirty ml after dinner for five days.

Passing urine during defecation is common in every body, so don't worry. And, you may also have aversion/phobic disorder to opposite sex, please consult your psychiatrist, he will examine and treat you accordingly.
