Hello welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advise.

You are having typhoid infection and prescribed ciprofloxacin course can be prescribed for 10-14 days. Meanwhile you have to take care not to eat outside foods. Junk foods, heavy fatty foods should be restricted. Fruit juice can be taken more. Semisolid foods taken more like khichdi, boiled potato, mashed vegetables and rice etc. Joint pain and muscle pain can occur in typhoid. I suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for examination.

Hope I have answered your question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
