First of all I would like to tell you that your weight is really low and it should not be overlooked. Improve your nutrition and dietary habits.
Now coming to smoking cessation. Nicotine is main ingredient of smoke. It is an activating substance. A lot of individuals suffer constipation after smoking cessation due to withdrawal effects. So to replenish the lost amounts of nicotine, replacement therapy is prescribed to patients. Nicotine gums or patch can be used as replacement therapy. Gums of strength 0.1 to 0.4 mg are commonly used. Psychiatrist consultation is needed for detailed prescription.
Apart from that many drugs like Bupropion (wellbutrin), Buspirone or Baclofen etc are also used in smoking cessation. Bupropion is used to decrease anxiety and the drug is also an anticraving agent for nicotine.
Exercise daily and have plenty of water.
Thanks, visit a psychiatrist for proper management.
