Suggest Treatment For Adenomyosis With Heavy Bleeding

I ve been diagnosed with adenomyosis now since early 2014, and since it s been progressively worse. I ve been experiencing debilitating pain, extremely heavy bleeding, very very large clots, and becoming light headed especially during cycles. My gynecologist doesn t seem concerned and is reluctant to consider a hysterectomy. Would I be better off seeking a second opnion? The progestin tablets I ve been taking have not been providing effective results.
