Suggest Treatment For Alcohol Addiction
My husband is 6ft 3 , 210lbs. He is nearing 80 and has been drinking daily for 60 yrs. I have always worried about the results of this bad habit and now he is having trouble drinking hot coffee and cold ice cream. It happens quite frequently now.... is there a reason to worry?

I cannot say in your particular case, but generally, temperature sensitivity is a sign of irritation of the digestive tract. Alcohol as a solvent is quite commonly associate with this irritation. The irritation can be quite severe in many people and can even cause an ulcer. It is an indication to have a look down there.
