Hi, I'm a 20 yr old white male and I have a question regarding alcohol flush reaction. The only medication I take is amphedamine salts for ADHD but the alcohol reaction has been occurring much longer than I have been prescribed. I recently came about a formula that explains that with a combination of certain ingredients the flush never appeared. First, a daily supplement of brewers yeast(specifically for the niacin) whether drinking or not. Next, two hours before drinking take a pepcid AC. Then 5 minutes before drinking take fructose/glucose tablet. Can you give me some tips if this is not safe or maybe any other options to help with my flush?
idiopathic Allergic reaction to a substance is often unpredictable. The best way to manage is stop offending substance ...
