Hi, I have allergy between under legs, it becomes red and warm all the time, i have taken so many treatments but no cure from this problem it is very irritating and skin remains dry and i feel itching every time.. please tell me solution, now same problem is happening under my shoulders.

In my patients I generally go for routine instigation including hemoglobin and complete blood counts along with liver and kidney function tests.
In certain cases I go for biopsy of the area to clear the diagnosis. I prefer to give antihistamine such as loratadine for 2-3 times daily to reduce the itching.
