Suggest Treatment For Allergic Reaction

I have small clusters of red welts on my outside upper right arm, that itch terribly. They have been there for 2-3 days and seem to be getting worse. I haven't changed any detergents I have used, or soaps. So I am not sure if it is an allergic reaction to anything.
