Suggest Treatment For Alopecia Areata And Follicular Degeneration

hi i m a 55 yr old african american female that suffer from hair loss. i have had two different diagnosis. one was alopecia aerata and the other follicular degeneration im at my wits end. i was told to use rogain but, it gave me headaches. need help.
