Suggest Treatment For An Enlarged Dental Abscess

Hello.

I currently have an enlarged dental abscess that has gotten bigger through out the day.
The swelling on my face is making its way down to my jaw.

I was perscribed Amoxicillin three times a day and in between I take Ibruphen three times a day.

If the swelling continues shall I go to the Er or wait it out?
