Suggest Treatment For An Infected Wound On The Skin

Hi I m 20 and I was dumb enough to tattoo myself with a needle and some Inc from a pen. I regreted it and started to cut, scrape and pull the skin of my wrist were the tattoo was. It was 3 small dots on my wris.now the cut looks infected but i dont think that the cut is deep. There is still some Inc left in the wond but I can t get it out because it hurts too much. How do I take care of it?

Hi

You seem to have developed an infected skin wound .
Keep the affected area clean and dry .
Wash the affected area with lukewarm saline water twice daily.
Apply a topical antibiotic cream like neosporin or mupirocin over the lesion twice daily.
You might need a course of oral antibiotics if the lesion still tends to persist or increase.
