Suggest Treatment For An Infection In The Clitoris

Hi, I've got a problem that I've just noticed within less than 2 days - my clitoris really, really hurts. I am a virgin and do not masterbate so I do not think that this is due to 'trauma'. I have noticed that I have a white dot, or perhaps two white dots right on the clitoris, and the hood is seems quite prominent. I'm really experiencing a lot of pain, and it seems to be getting gradually worse, to the point where wiping, and crossing my legs is too painful - with either a constant pain or a sharp nerve stab pain if I touch it, or it gets irritated by clothing or movement. Please could you get back to me soon, I'd really appreciate if anyone could shed some light....
