i had severe itch on my penis , i took zocon 150 mg tablet last week and i m taking metrogyl 3 times aday still the redness onthe penis has not subsided what should i do. the samething i had it 10 years back and the docter advised me to take metron df 3 times a day with zocon 150mg once a week for 2 week

If you are sure it is related to fungal infection, you need local application of anti-fungal cream too (Terbinafine cream) for 2 to 3 weeks. If you had unprotected sex - need to rule out sexually transmitted infection. Share a picture for confirmation.
