Hello,

In my opinion; if this is the GI bleeding then the most common type of bleeding need to be ruled out like it needs to be looked for hemorrhoid and fissure and prostatitis.

Else, the gall bladder pathology may not cause the GI bleeding, sometime GI bleeding is bit challenging and difficult to find out. Blood disorders also the cause and it need to be ruled out too.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Akhtarhusain
