Suggest Treatment For Anal Fissure On The Perineum
I have an aginal/anal fissure on the perinum and then my entire vagina became very red and irritated. I am using all kinds of meds ut nothing is helping. Not even clobetasol. Please help!!! This problem is going on close to one month now and I cant tolerate yhe pain anymore.

You are having fissure in anus and whole of vagina become red and irritated i.e. infection is there .
According to you this is fissure . In my opinion you will not get relief with drugs or medicine , however , there are tall claim about this .
But in my opinion consult a surgeon and get a surgery as this is only an option .
