Hi...I am 23 and have an anal fissure...on and off for past 1 year....last month I visited doctor she told me to manage it with hot sitz bath and olive oil...it worked....now from past 3 day I am having a tender swelling it increases but I massage it with ice cube...then it starts to drain...slowly yellowish pus.it was almost ok until I went for stool this morning and it came out again...not big but ya slight tender plz help me.. I think it is acute infection...
Hello Sir, going through your problem it seems like you are are having a any of the following 1. perianal abscess 2. Infected perianal fistula. Or 3. A infected thrombosed haemorroids At present it would be better for you to continue with following advice until you consult ur dr 1. sitz bath thrice daily 2. Take syrp cremaffin/ laxatives to avoid constipation 3. Apply lignocaine gelly 2% in the anal orifice to decrease your pain 4. Oral antibiotics for infection cap flucoxacillin 500mg can be taken four times a day
Please consult ur nearby surg on who can help you too drain the abscess if present and advice you accordingly Thankyou
