Suggest Treatment For Anal Fissures

sir,i am suffering from piles and anal fissure.after consulting CMC,VELLORE,doctors found my TSHlevel is high(9.823).but after thyroid treatment my thyroid level is 10.859.but some times i feel costipation.after that i am suffering from anal fissure.bleeding occured when stool clearing. i take some medicine such as o2h ,mebex,nimulase,vita fiber .i am sufferung anal pain,irritating ,bleeding.how can i get relive from anal fissure?pls ans me sir

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have anal fissure and piles. Two types of treatment options are there. One is medical and other surgical.
Medical treatment is to avoid constipation. You should take high fiber diet 7 & drink plenty of water. You can take isapgul powder 1 teaspoonful at night with water or milk. Local anesthetic gel can be used. If not responded to medical treatment then surgery is the permanent solution.
Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
