hello. welcome to HCM. see, your history is very short. so a complete diagnosis cannot be made, also without proper examination diagnosis should not be given. but if you have anal fissure, your doctor has given you very proper medications. i would add some more like change your diet to soft non-fatty diet with more fruits and vegetables and take small frequent meals. but i must add that it is a recurrent condition and it might get well but occur again. then you should consult a surgeon and surgical management can be done alongwith conservative treatment. hope this was helpful. regards
