Suggest Treatment For Anal Fissures

Hi, i am a 23 yrs old female and have been suffering fron anal fussures for the last 20 days. There is also a small extra skin at the opening of the anus. This becomes swollen on passing hard stool. Also there is extreme pain during bm and blood also. Currently taking looz 15 ml at night, cifran oz for 5 days and applying shield ointment. Drinking plenty of water but nothing seems to help. Please suggest. Could this skkn be an external pile?

Many times fissures and piles go together, but I'm not sure of an external pile of yours. Anywhere you should patiently continue on the cure and probably I'd suggest Antrolin Cream for anal fissures.
