Suggest Treatment For Anal Fissures

Hello!Sir!
I am Pritesh Desai from India.I am suffering from anal fissures.I am taking Sitz bath,applying Oxerute Ointment & taking pain reliver Combiflam & antibiotic Ciplox twice daily.
But after 5 days no releaf .Plz suggest me treatment for quick relief.

u must have lots of fiber in ur diet like green leafy vegetble and friuts. but if ur symptoms dont resolve u can consult a general surgeon who can do small surgery for ur symptoms
