Suggest Treatment For Anal Pain And Bleeding While Passing Stools
im not sure if i have fissures or piles. im taking cremaffin from 2 weeks so my stool is softened. but i still have pain like needles poking. and blood comes when i go to d toilet. im 21 yrs old n im having dis prob from 3 yrs but it goes away if i take cremaffin. now its not. blood is cmg everyday. my weight is 53kgs.
Most likely anal fissure. Certain guidelines for better recovery are: • Manage diet to have more fiber, plenty of liquids to get soft evacuations • Avoid oily, spicy, junk foods, non-veg diet at present • Continue Cremaffin • Local application of Lidocaine (5%) jelly give soothing effect • In our clinic we recommend specific anti-inflammatory molecules that will work both as analgesic and healing molecules • Avoid smoking/alcohol/any anal sex activities, if involved • Sitz bath (sitting in a tub filled with lukewarm water 2 times a day for 10 minutes each, extra after passing stools) help tremendously • Surgery as last resort in failure of all remedies with expert surgeon
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
