Have constant pain in my anus that is worse when I move or stand. Also, the pain is very sharp when I cough or do anything that causes the anal muscles to contract. There is a swollen lump on the edge of my rectum. I noticed small amounts of blood during BMs a few days ago but this has stopped now. The lump and intense pain have been around for 4 days now.
