Suggest Treatment For Anemia
I am 23 years old female... And iam anaemic from past 8 years.... Iron deficient... Anti endomysial antibodies and anti gliadin antibodies are weak positive ... Biopsy revealed mild duodenitis.... What is the cause of my anaemia and what is the treatment for this... Please help me out

You are suffering from iron deficiency anemia mostly due to improper absorption of iron. First tske treatment for your git condition. Mesnwhile you can take injectable iron. Doses scedule and amount will depend on your iron and ferritin level.
