Suggest Treatment For Ankle Sprain

I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago and just saw dr yesterday. They switched it from a boot to a brace. I also broke it(the tendon pulled a piece of bone off of the side of the ankle, not sure what break is called) my question is with brace, as I walk when I put any pressure on ball of feet as I walk I am getting a tingling /numbness in 2 of middle toes. Is this normal!? Why do I only get when putting pressure in that area.

Hi,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you may be having chip fracture of lateral malleolus of ankle .Your doctor is treated you well. You want to ask that when you put pressure on foot you feel tingling of two middle toes.It may be due to pressure of any of digital nerve pressed during putting pressure causing tingling. It seem to me normal as you because it is constant. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it. I do hope that you have found something helpful.
