My Father has Antral Gastritis Please help me. Doctor also diagonised distended bowels problem. Few days back he had a piles operation, since then he feels some urinary problem. Antral gastritis most common causes are Non Steroidal ANTIINFLAMATORIES so he should pey attention to their use and Helicobacte Pyrori whisc must be eradicated in case it's present in his stomach or duodenum. Then PPI in long term are the best treatment. As for the post surgery (for piles) urinary problems you know piles and urinary bladder are so near so it can explain some problems rest for a while a short time I hope.
