Suggest Treatment For Antral Gastritis

I Have acute antral gastritis, burn in the upper part of stomach till the throat and in the esopogus, the pain is not sever but constant, stool is also smelling and gas frequently. I have taken pan-d and pantop hp kit, it supresses for some time but again starts. sometime s my lower stomach also pains..but not severly..acute indigestion. I have this problem from the last 10 yrs

Hello,

The symptoms could be suggestive of GERD (Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease) the medicines that you are taking is the correct only thing is dose and time period should be corrected. Tablet Omeprazole with Domperidone once in a day for six weeks and it has to be taken at evening time only.
Great care need to be taken in diet, avoid taking heavy meal (Divide the meal in two to three part) spicy, oily meal should be avoided, coffee, smoking, alcohol needs to be avoided prior to bed, H Pylori need to be ruled it is better not to treat the infection on a tentative basis, confirmed diagnosis is must.
