Suggest Treatment For Anxiety And Depression In An Elderly Person
I am a 74 year old woman ( I retired in 2014 ) and the last few months I have become increasingly fatigued. I take 1/4 10mg Ambien at night / I sleep well but in the morning I find it difficult to wake up and do anything around the house. All I feel like doing is going back to bed. When I do some chores I become exhausted and need to rest again. I have hypertension ( on medication ) anti depression meds, thyroid meds . the reason I take the ambien is because I am afraid I won't fall asleep. I essentially bite a little bit off the pill and take that. I have also been told that I need a spinal fusion because on degenerative disc disease and my disc are moving forward. I'm a mess
