Suggest Treatment For Anxiety And Depression Issues After A Miscarriage

I had extreme euphoria and felt like heavenly power during my pregnancy.took lonazep for a week and the symptoms subsided and got back to reality. however unfortunately I miscarried and when I joined my job i had anxiety issues and depression.i am on 50 mg sertaline since two months but i am still not finding myself absolutely fine and head that persisted since nine months is still there.should i continue the medicine.please help

Hi,

I feel instead of taking medication for mood problems, you should get a personal counseling for your normal psychological set up. Addition of Pranayam, meditation in morning and have sound sleep for 8 hours with help of Yoganidra audio at bed time are the things I can suggest.
