hi... i have understood your complaints and concerns.. u have been suffering from the depression and the from the symptoms u have narrated, i feel that you have predominant anxiety and somatic symptoms...

actually depression has different types of symptoms, in different individuals the presentation may be different, u are having depression with predominant somatic complaints...and your complaints regarding the gaseous distention, and gas traveling to the brain, heaviness over the head..stomach cramps...all are psychologically related...so with proper medication u can improve..

i am giving you a prescription, if u follow that u ll be benefited in a short period of the time..

medications are as under:
tablet. duloxetine [cymbalta 30 mg] in the morning after the breakfast. gradually increase the dosage to 30 mg twice daily, then 40 mg twice daily.. u can go upto 120 mg in a day depending upon the response from the drug..

tablet. clonazepam [klonopin 0.25 mg] twice in a day..

tablet. levosulpiride [dislep 50 mg] after lunch.
tablet. pantoprazole [pantop 40 mg] early in the morning before the breakfast.

i feel that if u follow this treatment schedule u ll be benefited surely within 1 mnth and do not stop medication without advice from the psychiatrist..

i hope u ll find this advice helpful.. best luck..

Hi
Thanks for using healthcare magic

I think, you have generalized anxiety disorder and in that case, you need low dose antidepressant. It would help to control the symptoms. Better to consult a psychiatrist for proper management. You can also take help of a psychologist. In case, you need further help, you can ask.

Thanks
