ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Primary investigations in difficulty of swallowing are endoscopy and barium swallow. Depending upon the findings, your treatment varies.

My advice is to do these investigations to rule out mechanical or neurological causes of dysphagia.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Manu Wilfred
