Suggest Treatment For Arthritis In Neck, Degenerative Disk And Charley Horse In Thigh

I have arthritis in my neck and digenerative disk. I take tramadol and ran out. I have severe neck pain and pain in my shoulder and I feel like I have a charley horse in my right thigh.All my pain is on the right side. I have had normal withdrawl symptoms and haven t taken a tramadol for 48 hours besides being in major neck pain I feel not awful I was taking tramadol 2-3 times a day before I ran out. I m wondering if my neck pain could possibly be just withdrawl pain and not actual neck pain. How many days will it take to find out what it is? I would rather not take tramadol I have been on it for too many years like three now.
